Legacy High School

Legacy K-12 offers a high school program open to homeschooled students, 9th-12th grade. Legacy High School provides students and parents with a cooperative educational opportunity so that students can focus on their personal goals and make the most of their high school experience.

  • Individualized Education Plans for all students (this allows students to pick courses in high school that interest them).
  • Small Class Sizes, perfect for one on one instruction
  • Farm Day Fridays at Legacy Farms of Lake County where student’s can apply the skills they are learning in the classroom.
  • Guidance as students transition into adulthood; work study programs, technical college, state and university college enrollment assistance.
Students are provided the opportunity to focus on their individual interests while completing their high school requirements.
Legacy Academy high schoolers are provided the opportunity to take life skills courses where they will learn skills that they will help them attain their goals for after graduation.
Small class sizes allows gifted students and struggling learners the opportunity to work at their own pace.

Mrs. Holly Martinez, M. Ed. is our lead 9-12th grade teacher. Mrs. Holly has been teaching for 18 years and has a passion for helping teens transition from high school to adulthood. She works with faculty members to provide unique learning opportunities for our high school students.

Mrs. Holly graduated with a Bachelors in Arts from University of Central Florida, with a specialization in Early Childhood Education. She continued her academic studies receiving a Masters in Education from Ashford University with a minor in Child Development.
